Free 15 Minute Consultation

To ensure that you and I are a great fit, I offer a free 15 minute consultation. This session will allow us to meet, allow you to decide if I am the best fit for your needs, and if my scope of practice is best suited for your needs.  You will be able to ask me questions and tell me a little about yourself and what you are looking to accomplish in therapy. If you are going through a difficult time, feeling stuck, or need some guidance, support, or ways to cope with something from your past, I am here to help.  Life is constantly changing and leaving us feeling a little unbalanced. It is a great step to seek mental health services to regain stability and control over your life.

 
 
 
 

Individual THERAPY

As a licensed therapist, I’ve found that creating a collaborative, authentic, and trusting relationship with a client  provides a space for the most healing and growth. Together we will explore experiences, feelings, behaviors and beliefs to gain a better insight in identifying all negative thought patterns that hold you back from overcoming any challenges and happiness. Therapy is not a “one-size fits all” approach. I utilize evidence-based practice with a modern mental health approach. As therapy becomes more open and accessible, people are realizing there are things they want to talk about, judgement-free.

Together we will explore your life experiences that have contributed to your overall thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and beliefs to gain a better understanding of your presenting concerns. Having insight comes knowledge, and with knowledge comes power, and with power we will have the strength to overcome anything that is holding you back from happiness and achieving your life goals. There is nothing more meaningful than watching a client experience their major “aha!” moment.  That is a moment of self-growth and empowerment.

Life Transition Counseling

There are many challenges that come with change. Change can stir up many different emotions because fully accepting the “new normal.” Together we will explore the challenges that come with life transitions. We will explore how we can implement, cope, and adapt to the changes.   Some common life changes that we can work on together include  pregnancy, bringing a newborn home, going to college, changing your career or a recent loss.


 
 

Relationship Counseling

Relationships require work. A healthy relationship includes a strong foundation in trust, honesty and commitment. This all might sound easy, but at times it is not. I work with you and your partner in addressing: Communication, trust issues, commitment issues, you both feel distant  and general relationship issues.


 

Teletherapy

Due to the current pandemic, I will be offering virtual therapy for safety  and accessibility for clients.

Types of telehealth will include video conferencing and phone therapy.
